Our insurance is among the best available. We are fully insured and bonded. MDV carries liability insurance. Liability insurance protects you and will cover eventual damage to your home or property that is caused by MDV employees.
Your key is identified with only a number - no name or address. Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your clean. In the unlikely event your key is lost, we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements as change of all locks of your home.
Not at all. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key so we can clean when they are away.
All keys are given a code designation and secured when not in use (there is no name or address on key). If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival (hide a key on your premises is not secure and we do not recommend it).
We generally work in teams of two cleaning professionals, one of whom is a team leader (supervisor). If we send our other two employees to clean your home, either always a supervisor will come to your house after the crew is done to make sure everything was cleaned correctly and all items put back in the correct position.
We can not assure you the same team in every visit, but one cleaner of the team will be present to clean your home. For your peace of mind, you have to know that each team receives the same training, follows the same cleaning system and has your personal service records. The high quality service will continue in every service. We stand behind our guarantee.
Team members are trained before they're permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a team leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Our Managers make periodic visits to homes to ensure that all cleanings meet our customer's requirements and our own high standards.
For regular clients, payment is due at time of service. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen counter. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can pay online or we'll handle that process from our office.
If you are first time client, you have to pay by cash at the time of the cleaning. Payments with Visa or MasterCard have to be paid 24 hours prior to the cleaning service. We require a major credit card number to reserve your spot on the schedule.
Our rates are based per hour per cleaner.
