Our Guarantee

MDV Residential Cleaning provides all supplies and equipment, unless you prefer that our house cleaning team use yours. Please let us know in advance.

As hard as we work to clean your home there may be something that is not quite right. That is why we offer our guarantee to you.

If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason please call us within 24 hours and we would be happy to re-clean the areas that were missed.

Because customer satisfaction is our company’s most important tenet, we want our customers to be satisfied with the work we perform, which is why we welcome feedback and comments to help us build on our house cleaning and maid service offerings.

Supervicion
Our Supervisors also personally conducts random on site quality checks. Occasionally, you will be left a survey to rate us and offer your opinions. These steps are all made to insure our quality of service remains first-rate.
